“Hannah Row design recalled the era of the neighborhood that had a mixture of warehouses and smaller residential structures. The simple warehouse form was cut away for decks on the exterior and a courtyard on the interior. The unit’s loft like layout benefitted from the glazing on front and rear with flexible layouts on the interior. Along Hannah Street the unit types changed to more residential townhouse like, relating to the smaller scale neighbors.”
